What does it take to be part of Camerata?
Let’s start with what it doesn’t take:
A degree in music, A fabulous voice, sophisticated tastes in music.
Of course, we won’t turn those down…
So what does it take?
Someone who loves music, enjoys singing in a group, likes socializing with cool people.
someone who loves learning the art of choral singing and share it of those in need.
someone who like to travel here and abroad, local and international.
Someone who's willing to learn "sight-reading" and not "tuldok system!"
Someone who’s willing to commit to a reasonable rehearsal schedule, which is:
WEDNESDAY nights (7-9PM) with a Regular Mass Service an hour before which is 6PM in devotion with Our lady of Perpetual Help.
Occasional quartet examination and sectionals.
Rehearsals currently at Barasoain Church (Regina Carmeli room) inside the convent.
Someone willing to explore many different styles of music and someone who can match pitch.
